Updating DIM has caused an issue (Solved)

Opened DIM today and it told me to update.Hit the update button and I think something went wrooooong. Something about "BugTrap" popped up and then the DIM shortcut dissapeared. So I went to my programs folder, found the DIM icon and clicked it. This is what it says now. "The program can't start because icuin30.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem." So how would I go about this. I'm not very tech savvy. Thank you for any advice.

    What is your security software? Quite a few people seem to be having trouble with McAfee at the moment - one option is to download the isntallers, disconnect from the net, disable McAfee, and try installing.

    Windows Defender. No McAfee. I noticed the Unistaller folder is empty. Should I delete the DIM folders from my computer before installing anything? Fixed it. I went back and downloaded my backup of DIM, updated like it asked and poof it works now. I believe the issue was my internet going wonky while it was trying to update.yes
