in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I can not use Daz 3D as I am a beginner. I got a message: An error occurred while reading the file, see the log file for more details.

Today, I purchased  i13 Tire Shop Environment with Poses for $24.95, but can not use Daz 3D because of this message: An error occurred while reading the file, see the log file for more details.

 

I have attached my LOG and Screenshot with this message.

 

Anyone know what is the problem?

    It looks like you are trying to apply a pose, but have no figure in your scene yet.

    Also, Daz3D is the company.  The program you are using is Studio.

    As you are new, would you like me to move your thread to the New User forum as that forum is intended to help you when you are starting out?

    Load Genesis 3 Female first, then try one of the poses in the Tire Shop. Genesis 3 Female is part of the Genesis 3 Starter Essentials package.
