Tags in Gallery

For some reason the tag I added in a gallery upload is not showing.  I deleted and re-uploaded three times so I don't think it's something I'm doing wrong unless it's something in my settings?  I've successfully added tags in the past so I'm stumped. Has anyone else encountered this?

delete the # in the url line and thrn hit the resend current page button.   You should now see the tags.
