Gift Card Discount?

What is the trick to get the discount to show in the cart? I put new releases in the cart. I put Gift Card in the cart. No discount.

I submitted a support ticket this morning, but have yet to hear anything, or see any change in the cart.

    Yes, agree: couldn't see a discount: possibly too small to register of course! I was underwhelmed before I was underwhelmed again.

    I just checked and it is not working for me either; but I wasn't going to buy three of the new Beauties and Beasts new releases to get the discount. So, no real problem for me.

    Still not working for me.

    Emptied cart, reloaded. Still no discount.

    There's nothing in there that I desperately need, so no discount, no sale.

    Seems to be working for me now. Be sure all the new releases are from the Beauties and Beasts sale.

    Yup. They are.

    Have added a couple of things from today as well. But the qualifying items are all qualifiers.

    Lukas for G3M, Atlantis Coast, & Atlantas Costal Watchtower. They are all from the same day as the Gift Card Discount offer.

    I can verify that. That paricular combination is not working for me either.

    Ah. I wondered about that. The muddle about which UVs?
