Poser menu problems with DSON importer

Hi, hope someone can help with the issue I am having.

I am using Poser 9 SR3, and have recently installed the DSON importer.

I have two runtimes - one with my usual Poser content. the other with Genesis/DSON content kept separately. Both are on an external drive due to size and not in the product install folders.

My problem is this: I can load Genesis, or an item of Genesis clothing, but when I try to switch from the character folder to, say, poses, the Library menu does not update/refresh, and the only thing I can do is close out of Poser.

So, Genesis content all but useless in Poser until this is resolved, which is a real shame as i really dislike DAZ Studio!

Can anyone assist?

Other details:

Running Windows XP 64-bit
Poser 9, SR3 and DSON are all 32-bit installations in correct directories

    Try unchecking Show Progress On Load in the DSON Importer Preferences...
