Modest Skirts?

I've been looking here on Daz for modern jean skirts for G3 that are knee length or longer. Most of the skirts seem to be mid-thigh or higher and designed to emphasize the sexiness or they are period style clothing. Does anyone know of something in the 3D world that is simiar to the skirts on this page https://theskirtoutlet.com/collections/womens-modest-skirts or if something like this https://www.daz3d.com/jeanz-skirt-outfit-for-genesis-3-female-s has some length adj morphs that could be used to make this style?
BTW I'm not knocking sexy clothing of any type, those outfits work great for those style of images just not for an image series I'm working on.
Thanks in advance.

They're a little fuller, but

and
https://www.daz3d.com/vagabond-for-genesis-3-females
have fairly long skirts (romi also has an underskirt) all of which you can use shaders on to make them look more dennim-like (or anything else you like) I don't have DS open to check, but the bottom frill on each may also be its own material zone. If so, you could shorten them to calf length by turning the opacity/cut off to zero.
I think Aave Nainen does a great job with making realistic everyday clothing that everyday people would wear. https://www.daz3d.com/aave-nainen
Don't specifically know if there's a jean skirt in the catalogue, but demin shader or texture pack might be an option

Hmm, the skirt from the vagabond set could work, especially if the mat zones already exist. I'm not too bad with the geometry editor either so I could probably get what I'm looking for out of it. Thanks for pointing that outfit out DaWaterRat.
FirstBastion, no jean skirt but I'm now eyeballing https://www.daz3d.com/merimay-for-genesis-3-female-s as a possiblity for both long dresses and a skirt with some texture and opacity map work. I like how it has morphs for hemline length.
You should remember that a major reasons that many skirts and dresses are knee height or above is not just to make them "more sexy" but because it makes them much easier to rig. Conforming long skirts are very difficult to rig so that they follow the movements of both legs correctly, which is why dynamic clothing is often a better solution for long dresses/skirts.
However there are a few long skirts I am aware of, for example this one

Yes, it is what could be called "period", but if you replace the textures with jean shaders, then I think it should work for a more contempory item.
Here is another long skirt, but for V4, so would need autofitting to a more modern figure if needed:

..Wilmap also creates more common "modest" looking clothing, all free.
There's quite a number of more modest clothing articles, all for free, at Wilmap's Digital Creations. The creator hangs out on these forums if you need specific info on any item. As it's a non-Daz source just Google the name to find the link.
...I believe we can post links to freebie sites, just not competitor's stores.

I also think you're okay posting that because it's in answer to a "Where can I find..."
Anyway, Willmap is a great resource.
And it turns out the Vagabond skirt's ruffle is indeed a separate material zone, so here's a quick render showing how it looks with the ruffle off
(I probably could have spent a little more time getting the skirt positioned better over the bent leg)
If you want to deal with DAZ dynamic cloth these three products have skirts of lengths from mini to ankle length (even if the promos don't show it). They are made for V4 but they work with Genesis 3.

https://www.daz3d.com/classy-flounce-skirt-and-top
https://www.daz3d.com/flared-skirt
You would have to apply a denim shader to them if you wanted them to look like jeans and they have no texture for pockets or stitches so you would have to add those if you wanted the detail.
If you want a rigged skirt, SickleYield has a product called "Sickle Plain Skirt Genesis" at Renderosity, but it is for Genesis so if you autofit it to Genesis 3 you'd have to deal with all the problems of posing a long skirt that's been through autofit (SY's Ultra Templates help).
+1 Wilmap has done an awesome job with a lot of lovely clothing! He site is great and has a LOT of freebie clothes for figures ranging all the way from V4 to G8F. And while you're there I recommend picking up her other freebies too. I use her fabric shaders all the time! :)
If you want to deal with dynamic cloth, Optitex has a straight-up jean skirt. https://www.daz3d.com/casual-jean-skirt-and-top
It's for V4 but that's more or less irrelevant with dynamic cloth.
I will recomned the "Ultimate Pattern Design Kit" if you do not mind working with dynamic cloth simulations. If you go this route, it would be in your best intrest to purchase "Dynamic Clothing Control".
One thing to keep in mind is that daz studio dynamic cloth all have very good UV mapping, because they are built from a flat fabric pattern like real cloths.
Here is an example of the skirt and shirt from the "Ultimate Pattern Design Kit"
Shirt style set to "length03"
Skirt style set to "length04"
The character in the scene is a customized G3F (Custom body shape and she's a shorty at around 5' 1")
Both clothing items have Iray fabric shaders applied (the shader on the top was tiled and I adjusted the offset to line up the sections of the pattern)
Here's the same two clothing items again, but with the skirt style set to "length02"
I like the look of the dynamic cloth, especially the second one. Haven't worked with cloth sim in DAZ, I did Poser waaaayyy back when.
For skirts and dresses, you can't beat it, just make sure to buy the control pluging for Studio. The free version does not let you change the draping settings on the cloth, so you are stuck with whatever settings it was built with. This is not much of an issue with the clothing sets when you are using it on the original figure it was designed for (most are Victoria 4.2), but when using a newer Genesis figure or a morphed V4, you need to be able to play with the fabric.

Each tier of the skirt is a material zone that you can make invisible (see the last pop-up.)
Well there is one but not for sale here. I use it all the time and it works great. You need to buy it and the associated DAZ Studio Bridge but then you can send anything you want to the cloth sim right from studio and then push the results back to studio. Takes some getting used to the settings as they aren't all that intuitive but once you get the hang of it it's really worth it.
If you are talking about VWD then you are allowed to mention it, and the fact that is is available at Renderosity, there is quite a lot of info about it around the forum already, mostly in this thread https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/comment/2722811/#Comment_2722811
Thanks Chohole, I was indeed referring to VWD.
...I've gone through that thread (as well as others that mention it) and am still hesitant as it still has some major limirations. I would like to see a bridge to Marvelous Designer which allows for "ground up" creation of dynamic clothing (from a seamstress' rather than 3D modelling perspective) for far less than the 13,000$ price tag of Optitex. True MD isn't as inexpensive as VWD but they do run special deals for the personal perpetual licence, now and then.
Please excuse any typos as the forum spell check has become increasingly unreliable and I've given up on it.
