V4 All White -- anyone remember where it comes from?

I have a pose that resets all of Victoria 4's materials to white, and it turns her eyelashes transparent.

I'm writing a tutorial and would like to give attribution, and a link to the original source. 

I've had it for a long time, and I just can't recall where I found it. The file is called V4 All White.pz2
