Tsunami?

I find myself in need of a tsunami. One single giant wave on a relatively ordinary sea. I can add the seafoam in Photoshop. But I need the shape of the wave curving over into a curl.
I've got Ocean Wide, and it does a lovely job of giving me a normal ocean plane. But the waves are too close together to produce a single breaking wave. And an "ocean plane" typically doesn't have *breaking* waves in any case.
This isn't for animation. So the most I need to do is be able to blend it into a shoreline. And I'm using 3DL. Anyone know of anything which can do this? A freebies would be great, but a commercial product is doable (unless it's got TurboSquid pricing). .obj is fine.

Maybe you could modify this: http://www.most-digital-creations.com/the_tube.htm
Do you have Bryce? If so you could export this as an obj: http://www.sharecg.com/v/9894/gallery/5/3D-Model/tidal-wave-br6
Or maybe use this in Postwork? https://www.daz3d.com/rons-waves
Any chance you can just do it in PS with Ron's Waves? Check out the description: "Hi-Res Photoshop brushes of giant waves easy to use." Ron has great brushes, and these are inexpensive.
I needed one too so thanks for that!
Thank you! The Tube will do perfectly, I suspect.
I do have a lot of Deviney's sets, and was expecting to add the foam from them. If this doesn't work out as I hope, I may well do the whole wave part f the illo in post.
Just for clarification a tsunami isn't a giant surf-like barrel wave. Out at sea they're no more than one foot high and even when they reach the shore they are more like a massive tide comming in like we saw with the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake. Sorry for the nitpicking.
Well I think they are referring to the famous Japanese painting called Tsunami that looks similar to that 'The Tube' product and to 'Surfer Waves' and the waves on the opening Hawaii 5-0 credits and not a real tsunami.
Yes, that's right. The illustration calls for a giant wave.
