How do you enhance other characters skins in skin-builder-3 ?

Whilst I like to create skins from afresh with Skin Buider 3 for Genesis 3 Females, how do you for instance, use Skin Builder to simply add freckles, moles, stretch marks, tan lines and other enhancements to an already available skin, say Aiko 7 or Top Model ?

Cannot find how to within the menu, yet on the images page of the product (image 18 specifically), it states 'Enhance other Characters Skins".

Can anyone help... ?

Skip the "Skin Base," which creates a new base. Then everything else is applied to the skin your G3F character was wearing when you started up Skin Builder 3. But do check out the official thread divamakeup linked to above. There is a lot of really good information there.
