Is there a rendering engine that is more suited to Mac?

Hey there. I have a late 2016 macbook pro that I use for my daz studio work and rendering. I like it a lot but I feel at a slight disadvantage due to Daz studios native rendering engine being Nvidia based. I love Iray but all new Macs use AMD graphics cards meaning my mac only uses cpu power when rendering. Does anyone know of rendering engines that utilise AMD? I've tried searching but finding documentation seems to be a bit of a challenge.
My knowledge around graphics card and the like is a bit limited so apologies if it's a silly question :)

I don't use it but i know Lux Render works fine with ATI cards, and it's available both for DAZ Studio and Blender. It's similar to iRay. Also Cycles works fine with ATI in the last release but it's Blender only.

Thanks very much. I'll check it out :)
