20% extra discount not working for promo

I couldn't resist, so I decided that I'm going to buy the pro bundle, pick up the stallion poses, and get the free urban metro outfit. The metro outfit promo is working fine, but the 20% extra off the stallion poses isn't. I have all the items in the cart including the pro bundle, but the discount still doesn't apply.

    Thanks for asking, exactly what I was going to ask myself 

    today's items are 30% off in the cart and what about 44% off new releases written on the slide "outside" https://www.daz3d.com/shop/

    I have reported this, but one more thing to try.  Relog and see what happens.

    Thank you, relog didn't fix, furthermore looks like the Monthly PA Coupon is not working ....it doesn't say not valid, the cart gets it but doesn't take 6 off....

    I didn't even realize that slide said 44% off until now. It looks as if you just buy an item for 44% off and just choose a free item lol! :P I wonder which one is actually the promo, the 50% off with buying or owning a M8 product + free item from buying a new release, or the 44% off? Either way, nothing is working yet except for the buy a new release and get a free selected item. I'm trying to tell my wallet to relax and calm down and that everything will be okay soon! :D

    anyway the coupon doesn't work yet and still acts weird .....

    Coupons don't work properly when combined to "get X free in the cart when you buy Y" promotions when the coupon would work on product X. The problem is that the rule which makes product X free is computed after the coupon, and coupons are applied proportionately to all qualifying items in your cart. So part of the coupon was applied to product X, then X was discounted to 0, so that part of the coupon appears lost.

    There's no way to get it to apply correctly with the free item, if you want to use the coupon on that ordrer you'll have to open a support ticket: Either buy it without the free item then ask support to add the free item to your account, or buy it like that and ask for a refund on the missing coupon part.

    I tried the coupon without the free item in the cart and it still didn't work...

    Forgot I had two free ones - when I take them off it says coupon not valid !!
