NEED HELP- Content in pane disappeared!

I did something by accident, I think.

In the POSE tab, I was working when the content in the Content Pane disappeared. 

I tried closing the pane and reopening it.

Also closing 4.9 and restarting.   But the pane still came up blank.

the BUILDING tab still shows the content.

Am I  missing something simple?

Looks like you minimized the part of the tab where the list is. Click on the darker zone above "None", that should reopen it.
