How do I change the center of rotation on a DAZ model?

I am using the top hat that comes with the M4 tuxedo and the rotation point is at his feet. How to I change it so it is in the hat?

Is it simple prop hat? or rigged hat?
if it is prop hat (which may be parented the head)j,, you can change center point easy.
