Anybody else have a problem with PC membership?

Hello

Suddenly, as of today, I no longer receive any benefits for my PC membership - no access to forum, no special discounts, nothing, - despite my subscription being annually renewed February 2013 and still shown as active.

I cleaned cache and cookies, and relogged anew, but nothing helps.
Anybody else had/has the same problem?

    You are showing as a regular member on the forum, rather than a Platinum Member, so it looks as if it's slipped - open a sales support ticket please.

    so it looks as if it’s slipped - open a sales support ticket please.

    I did but until it is fixed sales aren't looking that good for me.

    Is that a known/recurring issue of some sort?

    sorry this has happened to you. It happened to me several times after i was asked to change my form of payment a while ago from paypal to cc. I'm not sure why, but I got dropped for several days two months in a row. It was kind of a pain. I hope it doesn't happen next month.

    I never used Paypal so I'm somewhat lost why it is happening :/
