Install Manager assistance appreciated

Hello all,
I am currently having difficulties with my IM Install Manager. It logs in successfully ( or so it says).
I proceed to my product library and select "download install" Yet i get a msg of " Account not setup for Install Manager"
I have a decent amount in my Product library why would my IM suddenly decide it is no longer associated with an account.
The only change i can assume is my email or password. I find it odd that something like this would disconnect my Install Manager.
Any assistance would be appreciated,

Just hunch, try accepting the EULA at the bottom of this screen, then exit and re-launch DIM and log in
