beard not moving with Jaw

I have sculpted a beard. I works just fine until i try to move the mouth. It doesnt seem to want to move with the jaw. I have tried the transfer utility with no template, body suit, hair, etc.. any ideas?

I had the same problem till I purchased M5... not sure why that fixed it...
