A question about the "General feedback" choice at "Contact Us"
It would seem to me, that given the choices available that if I wished to send DAZ a friendly "how are we doing" letter, this would be the place to send it through.
It says- "General Feedback: Do you have feedback about anything on the DAZ 3D website or customer service? Report it here."
I'm not sure if that is more for observations like "someone spelled Bryce incorrectly in their promo" or does it actually include "customer satisfaction" within its scope.
I'm also hesitant since this seems to be part of the support ticket pipeline and would probably be akin to calling 911 to tell the police that you noticed a patrol cars taillights were broken. In other words dumb in context to its delivery point, but possibly a relevant observation when presented to the right department.
