High-Low Hooded Coat for Genesis 3/8 Female(s)

It's been a while since I've seen any real nice-looking elegant coats for the Genesis females. I'm looking for something shaping and lacy with a drapy back and a hood, almost like a Victorian-style mystic or a mysterious lady of high class. It doesn't even need to be all that fantasmic-looking, either. The following link is a PERFECT example of what I want:

That would be awesome but hooded stuff seems so tricky to make. I would snatch a coat like this up in a heartbeat, though.

Well, there are products out there that addresses hood issues, so it shouldn't be that much of an obstacle.
