    No, it's not a decimal, it's just a separator for 4 integers, 4.5.1.56 is newer than 4.5.1.6

That version is actually older than 4.5.1.56. 4.5.1.56 is the current released version.

    hmmmm?

I might be blonde, but pretend no to.
So please do forgive me for being stupid..

But, for some reason this does not make any sense to me..

if 4.5.1.5 is newer than 4.5.1.6 than 4.5.1.2 is even newer ?

I mean 4.5.1.5x is older than 4.5.1.6x in my opinion.

next version could be a 4.5.1.7 or even a 4.5.2.x

Or do I really goof up here?

    *confused* Amy.. ^_^

see it announced, but ir still confuses me, darn numbers....

    Greetings,
    4.5.1.56 is not 4.5.1.5.6.

    4.5.1.56 is '4.5.1 patch 56', where '4.5.1.6' is '4.5.1 patch 6'.

Since 56 is larger than 6, 4.5.1.56 is more recent than 4.5.1.6.

You have to read each section as a number, and not read separators in that aren't there. You're not the first to be confused by that, but just read them as actual numbers and you'll be fine.
