Scene Lights not working? [Solved]

I've just installed the new DAZ Studio version 4.9.4.122 and I am noticing that the viewport scene lights (Texture Shaded mode) don't seem to be working. I've tried the little light-bulb icon and also CTRL-L but no change. It is a feature I use a lot. Can anyone confirm, please?

    OK - working now in another scene so I have no idea what stopped in working in the previous scene.
