prop failed to export

I made a prop ready to save, and when I saved to under the runtime files, and made all the configs and saved it, it gavfe me an error saying it had failed to save and to check the logs. I dont know what happened, but when I looked at the logs, I found that 2 lines are likely the cause of it,

WARNING: fileoutput\dzassetoutfile.cpp(569): Failed to create file path.
WARNING: dznodesupportassetfilter.cpp(1327): Failed to write Figure/Prop Assets.

any idea why? and how can I fix it?

What path did you write to?

And what format were you saving in, and what was the item - a single object with no movable parts, a figure with movable parts or something else? And if it had movable parts, was it a Poser/Legacy rig or a TriAx rig?
