Will Bryce7 handle the older Bryce files like .br5 and .opb?

Yes, Bryce is backwards compatible all the way back to Br2

Note that it appears Bryce isn't associated with older scene file types by default (at least not .br6 on my Windows 7 system) so you will either need to set up the association in Windows to be able to double-click on the .br5 file and open it with Bryce, or you can run Bryce and from the menu bar select File > Open (remember to change the "files of type" dropdown to "All Files (*.*)" or "Bryce 5 files (*.br5)" or something so you can see and select them.)

Mine works just fine. I open Bryce, click on open and select scene type from the drop down and then open my old scene files. I have also added older obps to my presets with no problem. It actually will not work double clicking on an older scene file to open it and Bryce at the same time, as it doesn't find the right Bryce version to open it in. Win 7
