Using the subtle poses for couples HELP

edited December 1969 in Daz Studio Discussion

This is probably easy and I'm just ignorant. I just need to know how to make the subtle poses for the Michael 5 and the Victoria 5 WORK! I have both the correct people loaded into the scene, but they are not ending in the pose that i click on, there's always something wrong with them, the pose doesn't quite mesh right, sometimes she's halfway in his body and her arms are wrong or vice versa. What am i supposed to do? Do I select both characters and if so HOW do i do that?

I notice too there are light blue boxes and light pink boxes, what does that mean? Aghhhhhh!

The Pink Pose goes on V5 and the Blue Pose goes on M5 and you must use matching poses.

Also, keep in mind that the poses are for V5 Supermodel, not the plain V5.
Your poses will be off if you don't use that variant of V5

    Hello,

Thank you for buying the poses, I'm sorry to hear you are having problems.
As mentioned the poses are for the default M5 shape and for the V5 supermodel shape. Since they are genesis poses they can theoretically be used on any genesis shape, but the more the shape deviates from the M5 or V5 supermodel the more they will need to be adjusted.
The pink boxes are meant to be used on V5 supermodel, and the blue ones on M5. The file names also should mention either V5 or M5. Also note that each pose has a mirror version, there is an "M" symbol in the thumbnail as well as in the file name to indicate this. You can not mix a regular M5 pose with a mirrored V5 pose for example.
Since these are couple poses, the position both genesises are in is important. Make sure they are in the default position when you apply a pose (I added default pose to the product as well, this pose is an exception and can be used on both the V5 and M5 shape). After the poses are applied you can move V5 and M5 around in your scene where you want them.

As for the mesh problems, I don't know what is happening. can you post a screen shot?

Let me know if you have any more problems.

Thank you Jaderail and Medzin :)

    Cheers,
    Elele.
