Create my own Figure

i am new with poser and i am trying to learn how to create my own figures that can fit with Victoria model.I know how to create models in 3ds max.what i am trying to figure out is how to make my models into figures(apparently create my own runtime including textures/geometries etc) and at the same time they will fit in Victoria. Can someone provide me with info about that?
