I really want this hair but it says it's sold out?

How can you sell out of ...files? That just doesn't make any sense.
Also in the information box where it usually has info for the product it just says invalid request. Why can't I buy this hair? If it was discontinued wouldn't it say discontinued?

They used to say that the product was "no longer available for purchase" for discontinued items

Since they switched software recently, it could be that the Sold Out graphic for the add to cart is just something they forgot to switch over. Although why the wishlist button is still active (even if it tells you you can't add the item to your wish list) is beyond me.

You could try sending a PM to the merchant. Ask him if you can buy it privately. Most of them are happy to do this.

It's Renderosity that makes the decision, not the merchant. If it doesn't sell a certain number of copies a month, they remove it from the store. So a lot of older products are now "sold out." But you can buy them directly from the merchant.

Oh, I thought they had just redesigned the site. I didn't realize they switched the store software.

Well that explains why my RSS Feed for their CG Spree is no longer working.
