Trouble with Daz sales, advice wanted

I just started using Daz again the last week of February after being gone for six years or so. This is really starting to distress me. I am having a lot of trouble with Daz sales. They are not working correctly for me. I have looked at them from 2 computers, one running Windows XP Pro and one running Windows 7, from IE and Firefox, and cleared my cache, cookies, history, etc., multiple times. I've logged in and out of my account several times. No change.
1) On the SciFi sale, when I added the qualifying items to my cart, I got a discount applied. Went ahead and bought several items.
2) On the Fantasy sale, when I add qualifying items to my cart, no discount is applied. So while I wanted several items, I have bought nothing. I can live with that... They were just wants, not needs... but kinda sad about it. Some items were pretty tempting, and I would have bought if I could have gotten the sale price. Living with it, tho...
3) Today, animals are on sale - it says at least 50% off. I would like to buy several things. I have a project involving a farm scene, so this sale is very tempting. However... I am seeing no sale prices on any animals shown for the sale. Most show 30% off, a few are 58%, and all are the normal discount that I see every day without the sale.
So I don't know what's really on sale, for what price, and am left just feeling very disappointed... I'd love to buy animals on sale, but there's no sale for me. :(
Overall, the confusion on sales and many times that MM items wouldn't give me a discount (so I didn't purchase), it's just very distressing and disappointing. I guess I should be glad I didn't spend even more during MM, but just like now, I wanted those items. Just not willing to pay full price when I know it's on sale.
Not sure what I can do about this and it's just very disappointing... and to top it off, the sale I am currently interested in is over the weekend and I can't get any help. :(
On some items when I saw the price be correct the next day, I've bought again and ask for refund. I feel that I'm turning in 10 million tickets - don't even get me started on my Garibaldi serial number disappearing and the whole back-and-forth on that one (still invisible, but they sent me the serial number in a message)...
I'm just really frustrated right now. I've so many things I just can't bring myself to buy because the sale isn't working correctly. And as being newly returned to 3D modeling and Daz and having prioritized that and Genesis over my Poser 9 and Gen 4... I'm just really wondering if I made some bad choices, if this will ever stop seeming like constant problems.
Am I doing something wrong? Is there some trick to having this stuff work correctly? Anyone have advice?

Small print says
Have you tried taking the cart through to the pay screen to see if the discount changes, you can always abort at that stage, if you don't hit the purchase button.
I am seeing a different discount to you are seeing, but then I am a PC member, so it could be that is the reason.
Edited to add, I now notice you are also a PC member. Are you sure you are logged in when viewing the store.
I am also a PC member and going through to the checkout even to choosing my payment method does not show me any discount on the Fantasy sale. Yet if I choose SciFi items and have both qualifying items in the cart, I get a discount. Clueless here... I really wouldn't mind having the dwarf, but I can't bring myself to purchase if I don't get the discount on additional items.
On the animal sale, most just show 30% (the usual discount for PC members), and it's supposed to be a minimum of 50%. I'm going to the animal sale items by going to the Fast Grab area, since that's where I see the ad. Then I click on the animal sale ad to bring up the list of Daz animals. And there's nothing but the usual discount showing.
And, as I said, I've done this from multiple computers, multiple OS'es, and cleared history/cache many times. No change. No sale for me. Makes me a sad panda.
I am seeing a different price as well, however I am feeling the blues over this as well as they say that 50% off on over 130 animals and I only counted 30 of those having that discount; some of which are PC items so I have no idea what the sale price would be for non members.
I had to do what Chohole recommends and I had to keep refreshing my cart with the fantasy items the other night. However, that worked against me in the end because for some reason 1 item decided at the last minute that it was not going to discount properly so I just tossed it out of the cart. I hope one of these measures work for you and I really hope they figure out what all is actually for sale in the animal sale and get it fixed cause I'm sure we are not alone in the wondering. I am also wondering how long this sale usually goes on, I missed this one last year so am not familiar with it and need to make money stretch as best as I can.
I think you and I are seeing the same thing. Only the normal PC items at their normal discount which is for a few over 50% already. Everything else at the 30% PC discount - about 100 of the models. Nothing I do changes that.
And with the Fantasy Sale, I will try refreshing more, but so far that has not changed anything. Hope springs eternal!
Not seeing 50% on the animals either, yes I am logged in.
Still the same here. No animals on sale. No Fantasy Sale discounts.
These sales are still not working for me. I only see the original PC prices (most at 30%). I was wondering if a fellow PC member who can see the sale on animals could tell me the prices that they see for:

Did I miss a post somewhere saying not to link to Daz products? Seems so many people aren't anymore and time is precious and searching the store, well ... dog turned up a lot of people. no dogs.
Just adding my voice that many items throughout the month were not purchased because the sale prices did not happen. Even when checked through as far as the cart. Backed out of orders and removed items from my cart so often I gave up on the sales about half way through the month. Did pick up a few items that were clearly marked at proper sale prices and/or via Fast Grab or were the PC 2 dollar items.
Thanks for looking and putting your prices. But doesn't the 30% mean that you aren't seeing the sale either? The ad says all those animals should be over 50% off and you're seeing 30% also.
Or is the ad just wrong?
I am so confused at this point...
For 30% to be seen at 50%, 2 or more of said items would need to be in the shopping cart and partially checked out. If on the page requesting payment info, you instead click the link for to add a coupon, then a page will appear showing the prices in the cart ... if you like what you see, click on the continue/next button and it'll return to the payment page for that information to be provided, then the final preview page should appear and to place order, only click that button "once" [you'd be surprized how many don't] ... and wait ... normally a confirmation page then appears.

And yes, many things I have not bought lately because I could not get the sale to work... Still pining over the Fantasy sale also... I feel like that ad "Open! Open! Open!" :)

4) I've tried going through various stages of the checkout and nothing changes, no discount applies.
5) Ignoring all of the above, I followed the steps you said with several animal products in my cart and after I clicked to add a coupon, it just took me back to the original shopping cart where I could click on Checkout again. I did not see a Continue/Next button and no discount was applied.
I'm wondering if you have a coupon from the MM Madness with multiple uses that is automatically being applied. Or can you tell from what I've said what I'm doing wrong?

Hi, np about the links ... wasn't just yours, it's been so many people doing it this way now that I wondered if I had missed a notification somewhere. that's all.
For some reason the newsletters don't come to my PC address, so I dug one up somewhere else and you are right. There is absolutely no mention of any requirements, the animals were supposed to be 50% off, and no, they are not.
The conditions part sometimes becomes apparent on the sale home page ... but right now, they aren't even on that.
As Daz3d is noted for having sales of some kind all year long, I would suggest patience. There will another sale another day and who knows, maybe even better prices. The membership drive about Oct is usually nuts. One year we got some bundles for like $5.
As number 5 took you back to the payment page ... I would highly suggest waiting 'til some of the website quirks are fixed.
Even when I had no valid coupons, it has always given me a cost preview page.
Today I'm getting several website offline pages.
Posting is "fun" [not] too. Sometimes preview, sometimes can't preview, sometimes post ... sometimes not ...

Yes, that is absolutely what that means. Aside from my PC discount, there is no discount at all. Not on these items, anyway. A few of the dinosaurs have additional discounts, but I think that is because they are part of another sale (Fantasy, maybe?) Something is obviously messed up, here. Maybe DAZ is on holiday? I submitted a support ticket and haven't heard a word. I am trying to upgrade a product that is on sale right now, and if they don't reply soon, the sale will be over and I will not upgrade.
Did the animal sale ever start working for anyone? The animal sale and fantasy sale are still not working for me.
I was unable to take advantage of the weekend sales also for the same reasons. I received a special 5 dollar coupon today that expires today and wont be able to use it because the discounts are not showing up for me. I hope someone at DAZ is looking into fixing this.
