Always tougher with these loose mid-length styles, as there are quite a few.

3dream/Mairy Xenia might be a candidate? If not, it's still a great similar one. I have it and it has great morphs.

I think Xenia is too new, plus it has bangs.

Euridice is closer, though I'm not sold. Like SY said, there are so many styles like that, and then so many texture packs, it's difficult to say.

It's not. Gregoria Hair came out pretty recently. Plus it has short strands around the face which the hair in the Celia Clothes promos doesn't, and it looks to be stuck in front of the shoulders. Might not be, but even in the main promo where it's swept off to the side it still has a bit hooked to the shoulder, so I suspect that's permanent. I don't have it, though, so I may be mistaken.

I can't find a 3Dream hair to exactly match the hair in the Celia promos, but it really does kind of look like the of style that vendor does. I'm stumped for the moment.

...I was pretty much going on the length and appearance of the strands. A lot of 3Dreams hairs have over- and behind the shoulder style morphs.

I have Bolina Hair and am amazed at just how many different styles it has.
