Poserworld clothes for Vittorio

I am experimenting with an old model. I was directed to Poserworld for some clothes so I joined. When I downloaded the clothes for V3 male - Vittorio bundle it says original clothes needed, but it doesn't say which ones or what they are other than I assume for V3. I tried their forums, but they are not used much so I didn't post. I thought maybe someone here had experience with this even though these figures are very dated.

Thanks

Which clothes are they? Are they encoded (.pcf or .rte files) or are they just cr2s which ask for a non-existent OBJ file when you load them (what is the missing OBJ called)?

Usually at PoserWorld they have the required or related links below the item when you click the download. I don't have a current membership to check but I was able to look at the clothes pics in the Vittorio bundle and those look like PoserWorld clothes... they often have the same clothes across various characters... so I bet you can find them for V3. I didn't download much for her... I was getting clothes for Mike2... as you say its a great resource for clothes for older figures.

Yes as Mr Poser says poser world Steve will use WW to make one set of clothes fit several different figures, but you do need to have the original set of clothes for the refits to work.

I would think the best thing to do is to ask someone at PoserWorld, either through the forums, or by contacting Steve or the other guy, but Steve would be the best one for the older sets like the one you are talking about.

I did a fast reply and it wouldn't take. This is the second time today so I hope this works.I think all of you have solved my problem. The files were cr2 and png files. It wanted an obj. There was no download link for the originals in this package nor for the individual files. I opened all of them and did find I think corresponding files although I haven't tried them yet. A few seem to be missing. I couldn't make heads or tails of their forums or where to post on them. They don't seem to be used much. If I need more help, I'll take the suggestion to contact Steve at poserworld.

Thanks a lot for the help.

    Paula

You can get the clothing name from unpacked character folder.
The original clothing for v3 dl link may be find in the "Big List" by PW.

    Hope this may help.

all those outfits that you downloaded conversions for are located on the poserworld site, many in the v3 area.

I went into the forums on Poserworld and the files help forum was old. Thanks to everyone here, I found all I needed. Part of the issue was there were not active links for every product such as Dallas Girl. However, by doing a search in V3, as suggested, I found the file. Now hopefully my experiements will work. Again, thanks for all the comments.

Good luck! But I think Vittorio was kinda hoping you wouldn't find the Dallas Girl outfit.
