The sales banner says....Monday & Tuesday Only....Top Sellers Save an EXTRA 30% plus off.
When I put a Top Selling item in my cart, and then go to my cart, I don't receive any EXTRA savings at all. Am I supposed to or is this misleading? I understand that the prices are already 30% off original but where is the EXTRA Monday & Tuesday Only?
Edited...I would like to add that I was unable to get any discount over the weekend sales either (even though I had the required new items in my cart) so I didn't purchase them.

I've got a thread going from this weekend also, as the Fantasy Sale, the Animal Sale, and some of the SciFi sale never worked for me either. Many items not purchased. I also turned in a ticket, but have no idea I'll hear back before the sale is over. Here's hoping we both get to take advantage of the sale! :)
Also, on 'Hot Promotions' it says "now through thursday"...
I didn't see your thread until just after I posted this one. I looked for threads about the weekend sales but didn't find any so I thought perhaps I just didn't interpret the sales ad correctly and the sales price in the cart was the actual discounted price. I did see a thread about a glitch where folks were actually getting extra discounts but that it was fixed and taken away. I was trying to buy the Lumberjack house and the Old Oak tree along with a couple of older fantasy items but darn it the discount wouldn't show up for anything, just the sales price. I might add that ALL of the individual items remained the same price whether I had one, two or NO new release items in the cart. This morning I cleared the cache and deleted the DAZ cookies to see if it mattered but it didn't :(. I guess I'll be sitting this sale out. DAZ must be having mercy on my husband's paycheck after what I spent last month ;-) Good luck with the ticket. I'll check back tomorrow and see if anything has changed.
So, as I see it, the Top Sellers are on sale until Thursday but if you buy today or tomorrow you get an EXTRA 30% off. Here's the link of the rolling sales banner I'm referring to http://www.daz3d.com/top-sellers . I put Faceshop in my cart and the price is $62.97 (30% off the original). It remains that price throughout the checkout. No EXTRA discount. Same thing happened with the weekend sales, no discounted prices. It doesn't matter what I have in my cart, no discounts!!!

I was just sent a $5.00 coupon code for spending so much in March with the condition of spending at least $25.00 and using it today only. DAZ, just give me the darn EXTRA 30% off like you advertise and I would spend more than $25.00!!!!!! :coolmad:
I'm not understanding this either. It would be nice if someone in the know would weigh in and explain things.
We are having the same problem. Also the 2000+ Fantasy items when looked up were listed at 1514 ... sent in a ticket and was told number was updated, checked to find 1512??????? Also the Royal Bundle and sub items listed as the Promo Items "Royal Treatment" aren't even listed in Fantasy?! Nothing seems to be giving "special pricing" ... Send in a ticket reply, hoping for an update.
Also "live" shopping cart keeps saying it's offline. Is that happening to anyone else?
I'm getting wrong results for the Fast Grab also. Manami is supposed to be 4.48 but shows as 14.95 in cart.
They keep adding more things to their "Hot Promotions" but NONE of it works. Amazing people want to give them their money but they're poor service and planning is robbing them of business. We're looking at spending what we allotted for this sale at Renderosity as it stands. Very sad since there's a LOT of things that would be in this sale if they would get their act together.
EDIT - AND NOW they take the sale down ... This is getting freaking ridiculous!!!! So done with their BS.
No it's not — it's showing as 14.95 in the Quick Cart. This has been an ongoing problem ever since that cart dropdown was added to the store, it never shows any extra sale deductions. If you want to see the whatever-% off a price, always go to the actual cart page. I ignore the Quick Cart, it's useless.
The problem there, of course, being the total lack of itemised sale prices, there's just one combined deduction for your whole cartload at the bottom. It's been complained about for nearly a year now; I don't think it's going to be fixed.
Sorry for the confusion SpottedKitty. I posted that image because I wanted to emphasize it was listed currently as 70% off.. The price it shows there is the same price in-cart. I am aware of the adjustment that only gets made when going to the actual cart but that wasn't happening with this. I also tried logging off/on, remove item, add different item and that item, remove unwanted item, etc.... I actually went all the way to the submit button (after putting in credit card information) and it was not giving the discount.
The sales just seem to be particularly messed-up recently. And with so many sales, piling on top of one another right now, it's only making things worse.
