Compatibility Posr 9 and Poser 12 characters with DAZ

Using almost exclusively DAZ, I'm a bit confused with the new versions of Poser, ie 9 and 2012 (2012 is right?). In practice, I know that some characters created with these new Poser versions are not compatible with DAZ.

I wanted to know if there is a way to use these characters with DAZ or we must resign ourselves to not be able to use things like Reptilez of Sixus1?

    If the figure uses Poser weight-mapping, or the Poser 8 capsule falloff zones, then it will not work in DS (without redoing the weight-maps in DS).

    I grabbed the Reptilez when they came out knowing full well they probably wouldn't work in Studio. If you don't use any morphs or scaling and are vewy vewy careful with posing, they are render worthy. But half the reason to purchase is the changes you can make to the figures. Not really worth it not being able to do that.

    I love Sixus work and picked up a lot of his older stuff I didn't have during a sale a few months ago. But unless he changes his mind I won't be able to partake any more.

    @ssgbryan: How can i do?

    @Spit: i've tested Scarlet in DAZ, Scarlet is the new human figure from Sixus1, and give same issue.
