Problem with Genesis 8 Base model (and some Characters)

Hello,
I discovered today that I have a problem with the genesis 8 female model (and with the other purchased models, such as Lyra). The face has a basic expression, something that does not happen with genesis 8 male, or genesis 3.
How can I fix it by identifying the problem?

    Most likely there is a morph supplied (or accidentally resaved) with a non-zero default value. In the Parameters pane, with the figure selected, go to the Editor tab and look under the Currently Used group (click it on the left, look at the property list on the right) - what is listed?

    I check the log file, and i found a file every time loaded from a pack purchased on renderosity.
