Spandex chest morph or deformer?

I seem to remember there being a chest morph or deformer in the store that gave a spandex-like effect to shirts, bodysuits, blouses etc.

I can't remember the name and I can seem to find it. I am pretty sure it is not the Sickle Rigging and Morphing System product.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
