Becco UK Unifluid & Tubeflowz in DAZ

edited December 1969 in Daz Studio Discussion

Hello all,

can somebody tell me if the Unifluid & Tubeflowz probs from Becco_UK are combatible with DAZ Studio 4.5?
Or if there are any similar Fluid/Water probs which work in DAZ?

Thanks in advance.

If they are Poser props then they should load, but I suspect the material settings will need work if they don't have DAZ Studio versions - do you have a link to the items?

They should work fine though, as Richard says, the materials will need some work. Sha's Shortcut Shaders includes a water shader which might suit your purposes though. They're pretty good, and they're free!

@ Richard : That's my main problem. I don't know if they are mere probs or if they require morphs. I know morphs from poser don't work in DAZ, everything with phyton scrips.

    Here is a link : http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/search.php?adv_search=&criteria=Becco&dept;=&type=B

@Herald : Thanks for the link. I can always use new shader sets since i have no clue how to creat them myself :)

If you read the details it says they're props, which means they're objects which can have materials applied to them. As I said, they should work without a problem.

The props should work well in DS. They, as said, more than likely will need the Surfaces adjusted in DS. Do not expect to find the props once installed in the Smart Content tab. They will not have the Metadata file needed to make them smart.

    OPPS: HOF beat me.

Studio only has problems with some PBM morphs from Poser. PBM I believe started with Poser 7 and all those props claimed to be compatible with Poser 4 and later versions.

The problem is external binary morph targets, and even then DS should handle those for figures but not for props or for poses that load new morphs via a .pbm file.
