cant use Blacksmith3D-Paint v3.3

I recently re-installed Blacksmith 3D paint on a new hard drive, but the serial number is unusable. instead, the prgram asks me to locate a registration file which is not on my computer. how do i activate this program?

    AFAIR you can get a new one from your account in the Blacksmith store. Otherwise I'm sure their support can handle it.
