UH OH Support Asset help!

Okay, so I had this dress, and I was trying to alter it a bit... just add surface settings to it, it only had one surface group. I then saved under a different name in the same clothing folder for Genesis, as a support asset, prop.

Only now the original dress figure doesn't work anymore. It loads nothing. says none of the files are found.

What's going on?? augh.

    When you save the altered dress as an asset did you change the authorship and/or product names in the option box?

    Um I'm pretty sure they were blank.... And unfortunately trying to check i crashed Daz.

    They can't have been blank, they specify the folders to save to, but they might have been unchanged which would overwrite the original files. Try, if it will let you, saving again this time entering your name and a name for the product (ConvWhatsitDress, say) to separate it from the original, then reinstall the original.
