Where are "My Dowloads" (*Grrrrr*)
I don't know why I'm surprised that I yet again have trouble using the DAZ store but I just purchased the M4 "Hercules" briefs & cape but though DAZ seems capable of taking my money they aren't giving me any way to access my downloadable files.
I've been through the entire store website and there is no "My Downloads" section. I've tried clicking the IE10 "compatibility view" switch but that hasn't helped.
OK, perhaps they're in the process of "fixing" their website yet again but can't they do that off-line before inflicting us poor users with unproven code? Or at least give us a warning saying that they are playing in the sandbox again and to beware of flying sand. Oy!
I'm sure there's more than one of us getting very very tired of being continual beta testers for everything from games to automobiles. Time to just boycott the world and live in caves again. 8-Q

Oh dear, someone hasn't been keeping abreast of current topics. They've had a bit of an overhaul but fear not your products are still available. Go to your account and then click on 'Product Library'. Here you can sort your goods by most recently purchased, or by name, and even search them. Click on an item to get the downloads you seek along with product information which was so sorely lacking before.
It's a huge upgrade, if I do say so myself.
Hmmm... Not intuitively obvious. Is there a note on the purchase page or invoice that says that?
As much as people think I live my life at this site memorizing everything and staying current with the entertaining gossip like I used to, I have discovered that I do have a life and it doesn't revolve around DAZ anymore. Not surprisingly I haven't read a "Sticky" in years.
Color me grumpy, but us old farts have little patience with the "job not done well" mentality so prevalent these days.
Mmmm... worms, I think I'll eat some more. 8-o
Edited to add:
OK, I found the page and found my product. Seems like this does address some of the issues we've had ever since the new store was inflicted on us. Yea, progress! Still can't seem to filter out PC or Mac only files but this step forward is appreciated. Too bad I had to stumble in the dark or was too blind to see the new arrows on the wall. Kind of like trying to find your way to the X-Ray lab in the Hospital by following the colored lines on the floor. It helps if you know which colored line leads to the Radiology department and are not colorblind. (*grumble*).
This is so much better. Each product has the links, order number and date etc... Lovin' it! And the search is nice. You can use the same terms as DIM. I searched for a SKU range with sku::14000-15000, and got those products. Here is the documentation for DIM, which will work:
Filtering Products
I'm glad I read this thread. I don't think I would have found it either. I really like it. This is so much better than the old system. I especially like being able to see the product image with the download links.
Granted, but there was a post not a few threads down which tells you all about it. I thought it was rather intuitively named myself. The term 'Product Library', to me at least, indicates that's where I'm likely to find information on items I've bought and, likely, the downloads as well. Still, I can see where the initial confusion comes from.
Maybe they'll be able to add filters so that we only see the products we need to download at some point, but I suspect it probably won't be any time soon.
Closed in favour of the thread HoF has linked to, as DAZ 3D has already posted in that one.
