Available Downloads?

What happened to "Available Downloads"? I can't seem to be able to find where my available downloads are or how to download the item I just purchased. Will someone please tell me how to get to the downloads page? I tried calling support but the operator didn't have a clue and said I would receive an email but so far I have not.

    Click on 'My Account' then click 'Product Library', From there you can access all of your purchases, sort them by purchase date or name, even search through them. Select the product you want and the download links will appear in the right hand pane.

    My Account>Products Library>Purchase Date (x2 to get the recent purchases), then just click on the name of the product to go to the downloads page

    Glad to see I wasn't the only one left in the dark.
    I gave up treasure hunting and puzzle solving after I figured out the last Myst game.

    New method is more functional. Just not highly visible.
