My Downloadable Products not there any more!
Is this another Website glitch, my computer acting up or some insane redesign of the Store?
I just bought something in the Fastgrab but when I went to My Account I couldn't find the "My Downloadable Products" section.
I eventually found the Product Library section where I had to search for the item I had just bought. This showed me five downloads. Two of them were zip files so I assume they are Mac. One didn't say what it was, it turned out to be a zip file with what looks like the files not packed up in an installer. I assume I don't actually need this and the .exe files but I downloaded them all just in case.
If this is a new design and not a bug, I wish they would bring back the old Downloadable Items page!

Can You do a screen shot of what you are seeing.
If you got 3 files with similar (not the same but similar) sizes then the top one is the exe, the 2nd is for Mac and the 3rd should be the generic, one size fits all, zip that is used by the DIM. Can also be unzipped as a normal zip manually, but I always unzip to a temp location, as it consists of a runtime inside a content folder, and I only want just the runtime.
Yeah, I kind of feel the same way about the flow. But it looks like you won't have to reset any of the products, because the "Product Library" seem to always have active download links. So if you loose it, just look it up in your "Product Library" and at the bottom of the info there are the download link.
Pros and cons.
Although there are some issues with dead end links. For example: The Girl Bundle and In Depth Review
Both links lead to dead ends because there is no longer a Girl Bundle and the In depth review was done on the ArtZone which no longer exists. Hmmmm....
I've got a different order. The old style installer is in two parts. The generic file is the first in the list, slightly smaller than the two parts added together, then I've got PC, Mac, PC and Mac files.

The real test will be how they deal with bundles. If you have to search for each seperate item it's going to be fiddly. With the old system all you have to do is go down the list in order and you can be sure that you have downloaded all the items in the bundle.
And I'm a bit worried with what you are saying about The Girl Bundle not being available anymore. Can you still find and download the seperate parts of the bundle?
Sorry about this, folks, but I love the new downloads page.
Up at the very top of the page is a sort by either name or date purchased. If you click on the date purchased button, you get your most recent purchases first.
On the downloads section of the screen, the first one, as you all have pointed out, is the DIM download. DIM doesn't to me the least bit of good, because, although I downloaded it, and I have my internet plugged in, and running, because I just downloaded the item in question, DIM, still doesn't see that I'm on the internet, and it just sits there. The two zip files, are, as you've also guessed are for Mac users. Now, surely to pete, you've purchased items before where you've had an item with more than one exe file. This is still just like that. You download both exe files, and you're good to go. Run both files, and you have your product. Voila.
Not sure why that GIrl bundle isn't there any more.
Most bundles show up as both the bundle and the separate items. So you can search both ways.

With that one, the DL for DIM is nicely labelled The .exe is for PC the Zip is for the Mac.
So If you like installers you can still DL an installer for that one. If you prefer zips, then you can download the zip that is labelled for the DIM.
They will work as standalone zips as well as working with the DIM
