I bought products from daz store I went to down loading my new products first what is" dim "it is a pain very time it finished download it goes back to defalut setting after seventh time get very upsetting. how one tells mac files from other files. When will Daz go back having filter if person have a pc computer ownly sees pc files same with mac users it speed up ,downloading files

    First, "dim" is the Daz Install Manager, a program that automates downloads for you., I don't use it.

    As to telling Mac files from PC files:
    * anything that has a file name that ends in ".exe" is a PC file.
    * anything marked with the green "DIM" logo is a zip file, usable on both Mac and PC if you're comfortable placing files manually
    * any other zip file is for Mac only - those have both types of installers (OSX and pre-OSX).

    Can't help you with the reset after every download. Yes, it is annoying.
