So I am trying to download Daz4.5 from the main page. So I order it on the daz page and then realise I have to download something called the daz 3D install manager for me to get it from there. So I do that I install it but when it comes to actually opening it, it seems to not open. So I can't download Daz 4.5 from it! is there any other way to get it please? this is really a pain.

Is there anyway I can manually install the files without this mess? its really annoying as I want Daz 4.5 bad! ty.

Get it from your Product Library page in your account section. That 'HELLO WE HAVE THE DIM NOW' announcement pops up after every purchase regardless of whether it'll even download it. You don't need it for DS 4.5. It doesn't work with programs and plugins.

Hmmm..., that makes as much sense as a $500 gas voucher for buying a new totally electric (non-hybrid) car. 8-o

Installing DS/Poser content is simpler, because both DS and Poser allow external content folders. Software, plugins, Photoshop brushes, as well as content for Bryce and Carrara, require some extra tasks to ensure that they install correctly. If you look at the Install Manager change log you can see that they are working on those as well.
