How to get to old Daz3 content folders in Daz 4.5?

So I am trying to get content from daz 3 up in Daz 4.5 but I cannot seem to find any of it.

Is there some sure way of making sure you can move all your daz 3 content over to Daz 4.5 so you can find it in its content library? pls guide me here in what to do? the pic is some of the files I have found which I reconise from the daz 3 version but there is nothing else I can really find. Pls help on how to get my full selection of Daz 3 content back.

From the Content Library pane, select the options menu (the rectangle with horizontal lines in the upper corner) > Import Mapped Directories. This adds the DS3 content folders (both DS-format and Poser-format) to the Content Library.

If you use Categories in DS3, Content Library options menu > Migrate Old Content Database. This will add your DS3 categories to the categories section of the Content Library. They will show up as additional categories alongside the Default category. In the early versions, categories with non-standard characters (such as French letters with accent marks) were skipped -- I don't know if this was ever fixed.
