Bringing Carrara animation into Daz studio

HI
Does anyone know of a way to flawlessly import Animation from Carrara into Daz studio 4.5?
I've been trying the BVH/PZ2 exporter for Carrara to make BVH files however it doesn't seem to export hip translation and rotation plus FBX import in Daz studio appears to be broken so that isn't an option either.

any help would be appreciated
