OK I'm a newbie. How do or WHERE do I put installed contents that are in temp files and they all have the same name.

You are not giving us much to go on here. Why are they in Temp files, and why do they all have the same name?

Where did you get these items, and are they designed for DAZ Studio or Poser (or both). Can you give an example of what you are trying to describe?

Your confusion was mine too. I discovered these were files I had purchased in the past and I don't think DAZ is the appropriate place for them. I bought most of them for Poser. It says they are inactive. The new things I just purchased like Michael 5 are working just fine.

How do we use the files that have Poser in the title of the object. Should I download those in Poser instead of DAZ or both?

    Thank you for your help!

You would need to list a few of them I think, and tell us where they come from?

What format are they in? Poser Format files are PZ2, PP2, CR2 etc etc, as I'm sure you know, DAZ Studio can read these without a problem. If these are older files, they should open in DAZ Studio, and the DS Content (DS3) or My Luibrary (DS4) folder has a Runtime folder inside it for the purpose of holding Poser Format files.

    It says they are inactive.

"It" being the new Product Library page? All this means is that they were on sale, but aren't any more. But like everything else in the DAZ store, if you bought it, you can always download it again (if you lose the installer, or if there's an update).
