I can't go further than to 1st page of Name in "Product Library".
I just bought David5 plus some others products and it's impossible for me to download them because clicking on Purchase Date doesn't work at all. "Filter" + "Purchase Date" doesn't response... :-/
I'm log in and "My Account" works.
Can someone from admin help me with my problem, please?

try typing "david" in the filter box, does that pop up the products with "david" in the name?
Edit: also try clearing your cache and/or trying a different browser - the .css file in your cache may need a refresh.
Canary3d, Thanks for your answer!
I cleared my cache, log out and log in. Doesn't help.
As I said: “Filter” + “Purchase Date” doesn’t response. It only shows 1st page of the "Name" sorting.Cannot change to anything else.
I'll try Opera browser (just now I use IE9).
This is how I do it. I have the third step first. Sorry.
Which browser are you using, Teresa? For me it works in IE and not in FF. It's really odd, some parts of DAZ, like this forum works better in FF, others, like downloads and such works better in IE. Peculiar!
I use Firefox for everything.
From the first moment they made this account change it worked beautifully in IE10 for me--until last night when they did the usual store changes around 2 a.m. (here.) Now IE10 won't work worth beans even after doing the clear everything hoop dance. Luckily it still works in FF...for the moment.
*shrugs*
Do you have javascript enabled? It does need it
It is very strange, as people who are having this problem all seem to be using different browsers, so some find it won't work in IE, some in FF, some in Chrome, some in Safari.
Others are having no problems at all, whichever browser they are using.
Thanks folks!
Whatever I tried today it doesn't work in my IE9.
Just few minutes ago I changed to Opera browser and every thing is OK! I could download my files, change buttons, everything is as it should be.
Big thanks WitchStorm for detailed info - but I think this is DAZ problem today. Yesterday everything worked on IE9, today is a mess.
I'm not an expert but I think "Product Library" should work on every known browser (IE,Opera,FF,Safari).
You are right Pam, that others are having no problems at all, whichever browser they are using...
Anyhow I've got my files in Opera! :)
Glad to hear it is working for you now. Have a nice day!
I'm using Firefox, updated to 19 or 20, the product library works exactly as expected. It is such an improvement, to be able to just type a word and get a filtered short list. It's unfortunate that different browsers are causing some people to have different results.
Product Library wouldn't work for me with Chrome. Switched to IE9 and it worked. I filed a ticket on it.
I'm using Firefox and it isn't working. Had no trouble yesterday with it.
Thanks for your imput FirstBastion. I use IE9 and Opera.
Ya, it’s really unfortunate that different browsers are causing some people to have different results. May be it'll change with time -I hope so!
As Cho said: "Others are having no problems at all, whichever browser they are using". Oh well...
Thanks again folks for your info! :)
We're looking into the reports of it not working properly for some people in some browser. The hard part is, it isn't consistent among customers... for some it is IE that it isn't working in, for others Firefox.
We have tested it internally with our team on IE 8, 9, and 10, Firefox 18, 19, 20 in Windows and OSX, Chrome in Windows and OSX, Safari in OSX, and Opera, and it all works as expected. We're working on trying to duplicate the errors some customers are seeing in order to track down the issue and fix it.
Aside from making sure you have cleared your cache, accept cookies from Daz (we use cookies as a method for remembering your filter and sorting settings in some cases, and cookies have to be enabled to log into the site), and have javascript enabled to make sure you're pulling down the latest JS code and not pulling an older cached version from your browser.
If it still isn't working, the most useful thing to try to track down why it might not be working for you, if you have the technical knowledge to do this, is pull up a developers console in the browser (Chrome and Firefox and later versions of IE have them built into the browser) and report to support with your browser details, OS, and whatever javascript errors you might be getting.
I use FF and no problems and tried IE8 no problem. Hmmm the internet gods are playing games again!
It is strange because today it stopped to toss me back on first page when I browse/use filters so it works better for me in FF than before.
Update from my end.
Well as said, right from the start IE10 worked perfectly fine up until last night when the store was being updated with the new Dave goodies. Switched to FF this morning and worked fine.
Long story short, I just checked the site code in IE and saw the "Java disabled" warning. Which means it somehow got switched off NOT by any of my doing which is really weird. Seriously, it was working one moment and the next not, nothing of my browser working add-ons or anything else being touched by me.
So figuring things out, I just went and re-enabled my Java, cleared cache again and IE10 is working great once more on the Product Library page. Hope this helps others. Really, this whole thing seems to just be about Java. For some reason...
Cheers
MJ :)
Thanks DAZ_Jon for response. I know you'll fix it somehow! :)
Unfortunately I'm not a genius with technical knowledge of web pages so I can't help you much.
I don't know what you've changed but yesterday everything worked in my IE9 and today I can only see 1st "Name" page. All other buttons are disable at clicking and don't open (like Filter,Clear,Purchase Date).
I just updated Java but it seems it doesn't help with my Product Library problem. I'll use Opera to download my purchases untill DAZ fix the problem.
Good it works OK for some other people with IE browser!
