I purchased the Summer Siesta and went to the free things...it said that the items are free to platnum or when you purchase. I put an item in the cart but it is not showing free. how do I do this?

    Do you have both itmes in the cart at the same time?

    The discount should show up as you proceed through the purchase screens, but may not show up on the first screen.

    >.< no I didnt known it had to work that way. there's no instructions on the page that says that.
    I figured there would be a coupon code or something to use.
    it doesnt say the item has to be in the cart at the same time.

    Use the help button at the top of the page and file a support ticket to Sales Dept, they are very helpful
