Entire order for Stonemason products missing from my account

Not sure if anyone has come across something similar but I checked my Daz account recently as I do not login very often and I have discovered that there is an entire order that I made last October 2012 for a range of Stonemason's assets that is not listed at all which means that I have no way of downloading them.

I suppose I should submit a support ticket but just wanted to know if anyone else has had account issues with legacy purchases.

    Was it a bundle or individuals items? And no I haven't seen any posts regarding this but that is not to say there are not any. ;)

    Ok so it is all my fault. My wife reminded me that she bought the last batch of Stonemason stuff through her Daz account. Doh!!!

    We are working on a fan film together so have each been buying stuff and I got confused who had made the purchase.

    Oh well, life!
