how do I add another Genesis to a scene?

if I hit "new" I get a blank scene with no Genesis. Other than shutting down ds 4.5 and restrating, how do I make a genesis appear?

    Genesis should be listed under Figures -> People in the Smart Content tab. Failing that, you can find it in the Content Library under "Daz Studio Formats -> My Library -> People -> Genesis"

    Also, if you go to Edit > Preferences (F2) > Scene, you can set the behaviour each time that DS creates a New Scene. There is a Load File option which you can set to the same as the Startup tab to load Genesis every time you create a new Scene as well.
