My DAZ Store Problem
So I ran into a problem yesterday and I am not really sure how to go about it. Yesterday, I tried to purchase 12 items from the week-end sale and moved on to check out my shopping cart, but before I could place the order, a message occurred saying there was an error with the payment, please try later again. The total for the order (including the rain-on coupon) was $51.95. My bank account, however, has a pending charge of $51.95 whereas my DAZ account does not show the order (no order number) and the 12 items are even now still sitting in my shopping cart.
I submitted a ticket around yesterday lunch time, but have not received an answer. A call in the late afternoon to DAZ resulted in yet another ticket, also they have no track of the order.
On top of that, the charge on my bank account looks slightly different. Instead of DAZ 3D #2 DRAPER UT it says DAZ 3D #2 041913.
Has anybody experienced that before?

There do seem to have been a few issues of broadly this type - we are flagging them up for DAZ though there's no guarantee they will get a response over the weekend.
Thanks for your reply. I hope we can get this resolved. I am afraid the order was not complete, and best case scenario the charge on my account will just disappear on Monday and Tuesdays ... but by that time, the sale will be over :shut:
They're usually good about fixing things like that. The order obviously went through DAZ since it turned up on your bank account, so there's a record and they know you placed it during the sale. :)
I had a similar problem once where the store ignored Paypal's 'payment went through' message on an eCheck and it was solved a day after I'd put the ticket in.
I will stay positive. It is probably a sign that I should rather do my homework then messing around with SWAM's new hair set anyways. Oh well, I think this thread can be closed, as there is another thread out there with similar order/payment issues that happened yesterday:

Closed, then - though I will add that I did get a reply to my email from the web team and the issue is being looked at.
