Customer service Question?
With all the SH... going on with the web site and old production not able to install without running some utility a Customer wrote.(Opinion TOTAL BS, DAZ should run it and send them to you another ways until its fix)
Why would anyone in customer service question any thing anyone said?
I purchased a couple items today and one was from the fast-grab page. I went to the page from the dropdown menu pick the item and not totaling looking and not sure if the order page was right but the item was twice the price. I did see the issue on the order email to me and open a ticket on. Now customer service is said that the price and the item is not on the fast-grab page.
I'm sorry, why question the customer and piss him off more?
If I was run customer service until the site is totally fixed. The customer is right and do what they need to make them happy. One piss customer will cost you more in the long haul.
So maybe NO more purchases until the issues are fixed.
