Content put in category doesn't appear

Hello guys,

I'm experiencing this oddity. Recently, when I buy new stuff and install it, I see the stuff is there and loads properly. But when I categorize it, it doesn't appear in the proper category. I mean, the category appears but not the click buttons to load the content.

I proceed normally going in the Library folder, People (for example), Genesis 3 Female, Clothing, Urban Survivors for Genesis 3 Female, and right-click on it selecting Create Category From Selected Folder & Sub-folders, and choose the category I want. Then, I go to the category, the folder is there, but no loading icons. 

What is happening?

You are looking in the Content Library under Categories, rather than Smart Content?

Yes, I am. I don't use Smart Content.

I just tried and the new category appeared with files. Is the folder you are using as the base itself empty, and are you creating from the folder or the folder and sub-folders?

No, the base has the loading icons. I create from the main folder (the base) and select "Folder & Sub-Folders". I made a printscreen.

Then, in the Categories where I put it, the folders appear but without any loading icon.

That's 4.9.x.x, I was using 4.10.0.107 - I'm not aware that this was a problem in 4.9 but it may be worth trying the update (you can always use the beta if you want to keep 4.9 as the release build for now)

I tried to re-import the metadata. Something must have been corrupted because it seems to have worked. 

Issue solved.
